When communicating please provide some reference photos and images. I am not a mind reader and having some visual aide would allow me to better get across the vision that you have.

Please be cordial. There's no need to be rude I too am a fellow human being and can make mistakes.

If making small changes please inform me before the rendering stage.

I do have the right to refuse or turn down a piece if its something either out of my skillset, goes against any of the things I don't draw, or something I simply will not draw.

I will take 25% payment up front, and the later 75% before rendering the piece.

Once I begin rendering I will not offer any refunds. If you don't like how it looks at any step before the rendering stage, and wish to cancel I'll refund what ever was paid up to that point.

If you have a question on something please ask I am more than willing to find a compromise and clear up any misunderstandings.
